20% of net profits above the high-water mark. We only earn this fee when you have achieved new performance highs — ensuring our incentives are always completely aligned with yours. Subject to a high-water mark provision.

What is the minimum investment?
The minimum investment in the Cryptique Digital Assets Algo Fund is AUD $100,000. This threshold is set to ensure we can deliver the level of personalised service and reporting our investors expect, and to comply with wholesale investor requirements under Australian financial services law.
How do I qualify as a sophisticated investor?
Under Australian law, a sophisticated investor must have net assets of at least AUD $2.5 million, or a gross income of at least AUD $250,000 per annum for the past two years. Wholesale investors include those investing AUD $500,000 or more. Our compliance team will guide you through the certification process during onboarding.
How are my funds kept safe?
Client funds are held in fully segregated custodial accounts — completely separate from Cryptique’s operational funds. We use institutional-grade cold storage custody solutions with multi-signature security, and maintain comprehensive insurance policies. All arrangements comply with ASIC requirements for managed investment schemes.
When can I withdraw my investment?
Redemptions are processed monthly. Investors are required to provide notice by the 20th of the prior month for the following month’s redemption window. In exceptional circumstances, the fund may apply a redemption gate in accordance with the PDS. Your relationship manager can assist with redemption requests.
How often will I receive performance updates?
Formal monthly reports are delivered on the first business day of each month. These include net returns, benchmark comparisons, risk metrics, and a brief market commentary. Investors also have direct access to their relationship manager for informal updates at any time.
Is Cryptique regulated?
Yes. Cryptique Pty Ltd holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and operates as a registered managed investment scheme under the Corporations Act 2001. We are domiciled in Australia and subject to full ASIC regulatory oversight.
